There is a $15 charge for a replacement diploma. You may call the Cash Accounts office (417) 690-2501 to pay for the diploma.
Questions regarding diplomas should be directed to academic@cofo.edu or call 417-690-2278.
If any College of the Ozarks department or facility (e.g., the Library, Business Office, etc.) has placed a hold on your student record, you must resolve that hold before a diploma will be released.

Your request will be sent to the office of the Dean of the College for processing. Once processed, your diploma will be mailed to the address you have provided on this request.

Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be completed.
